{"id":821,"date":"2023-05-12T14:31:23","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T13:31:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/heddi-avocat.fr\/?p=821"},"modified":"2025-03-01T16:15:32","modified_gmt":"2025-03-01T15:15:32","slug":"etampes-annulation-du-budget-primitif-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heddi-avocat.fr\/?p=821","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9tampes : annulation du budget primitif 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Par un jugement du 30 mars 2023, le tribunal administratif de Versailles a annul\u00e9 la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du conseil municipal d\u2019\u00c9tampes (Essonne) adoptant le budget primitif de la ville pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Le tribunal a retenu que la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration avait \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e en m\u00e9connaissance du droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;information des \u00e9lus d\u00e8s lors qu&rsquo;un conseiller municipal d&rsquo;opposition n&rsquo;avait pas pu obtenir la communication de certains documents budg\u00e9taires avant le vote.
